I contacted Arturo who was very helpful with all my questions about the flooding in my home and got me the help I needed quickly. Soon after our phone call, Danny contacted me and had a crew out at my home ready to dry my home.

One windy day, I had a down wire fire happened in my backyard. It was a sloppy job that SCE did, ended up a fire, burned the deck and completely destroyed it. I've never encountered the fire before and I had no idea where to begin for taking care of the mess and dealing with insurance company and SCE. Luckily I was referred to Andy Thai of PuroClean. He was very professional and I can tell that he has a great pride on his work. From the day I contacted Andy, he guided me through the point zero to the end. He was always on time, always answer my questions and inquiries patiently ( as many of us never experience the fire, therefore, we do not know what to expect for the repairs and process, I believe). He never compromised his work and took a extra step for the repair. He is the man of the word, and lately it is getting rare to see that kind of professionalism. I strongly recommend their work.

We had to move out of our home because of a flood that started in our bathroom (clean water). PuroClean came in with professionalism and thorough service from beginning to end. We have never experienced a complete move like this and they were so very reassuring and meticulous with every piece of furniture and belonging we owned. From the initial scheduling of the move (with Daniel Romero handling that so efficiently) to the move out itself with Marina,(on top of everything.),Vanessa (very organizized), Cesar (the heavy lifting yet so careful with everything), to the move back into our home with Oscar(caring about the details), again Cesar (heavy lifting yet so careful), Germany (also careful and very friendly...explaining things along the way) and Vanessa(who came back on the last day of the move back to the house...she helped with the direction of both the move in & move back...very organized). I can't thank them all enough. It went sooo smoothly. We were uprooted from our home for the 1st time in 42yrs...truly out of our comfort zone and they put to rest all of our fears with regard to moving out our personal belongings. PuroClean did an amazing job and their team of employees are wonderful and trustworthy. I can't thank them enough!

Outstanding service! I have a house here in the city of San Dimas. I heard water drip somewhere in the house. I looked online and found PuroClean in Rowland Heights. Daniel and his team came out on a weekend to inspect a potential leak and provided me with honest feedback. I found them to be highly trustworthy, and technician Oscar took the time to explain the entire process to me. The value for money and the price were both very reasonable. The quality and efficiency of the team were truly impressive. Our rental home in La Mirada experienced a water leak from a refrigerator water supply line, resulting in flooding in the kitchen and the garage ceiling. We were referred to PuroClean by our insurance agent. Andy promptly advised us to turn off the main water valve to stop the leak, and within two hours, a technician was scheduled to visit our property. Daniel and Oscar meticulously inspected the house, taking all the necessary pictures for the insurance company. They efficiently handled the communication with the insurance company, guiding us through the entire process.
