Nancy has been helping me & my husband in selling and buying real estate for 20 years!
Throughout the years, I think we sold almost 5 properties with Nancy. Every single time, she has managed to help us and respond to us in a timely and professional manner. We actually tried selling with another agent in 2017 in an outside area but the home did not sell in the end and the agent was always not responding to our emails or text.
Finally we decided to contact Nancy and help us again and as usual, home sold and process was smooth being taken care by Nancy.
Now my daughter is buying her own house and Nancy is helping her with it again. Nancy has already been serving my family for 2 generations! haha

Nancy has been working with me and my family for more than 25 years.
She was the agent who helped my parents bought our first home in Walnut back in 1985 and we have since then moved 3 more times all of which Nancy was representing us in selling and buying. I'd like to say that Nancy the agent that helped my family during hard times especially during the 2008 crisis. She told us to sell earlier and we did and managed to keep most of our assets and money. My mom lost her job and my dad's business was not doing well during that time. We were grateful for it.
And now, I am buying my next bigger house in Yorba Linda and selling my smaller house in Diamond bar. Nancy is still helping us.
Its not just the relationship with Nancy we have, its also she managed to be up to date and always have the newest services helping us to sell. There were times we had issues during the transaction but not once did Nancy was not up on the job.
Nancy, me and the Choo Family is really Happy for what you have done for us throughout the years and many more to come :)

Nancy Liu is a local top agent in Rowland Heights, Diamond Bar, Walnut Area. We actually see her billboards around these cities but we actually never thought of contacting her when we were trying to sell our house in Rowland Heights.
We were introduced to another agent from our friend. That agent was newer and had less years of experience but we went with him because he seemed genuine when we met him before signing the contract with him.
When we were selling we had quite a few offers that came in above asking price. Seems like its a seller's market now. There was an offer that was the $10,000 than 2nd highest offer but it seemed a bit fishy. Maybe it was an instinct for me. Anyway, we accepted the offer but the buyer then had an unusually high amount asked for repaired requests, around 15k. In the end, the deal was off and we were back to square one of trying to sell after a month.
Finally this time we decided to just call Nancy, she brought in so much more such as staging and online marketing. This time around we got a lot of offers too and an even higher one. At first me and my wife was kind of reluctant to accept the highest offer but Nancy checked the offer out and made sure this offer was legit since she knew the buyer's agent too.
In the end we sold our house! 80k above our asking price! thanks nancy! We should have gone with you the first time haha.
