Sutter Walk-In Care - Roseville - Pleasant Grove

1. The wait time is less than 10 minutes (Sunday afternoon). 2. Doctor spent a lot of time listening to me describing my symptoms. 3. Since it is Sunday, a lot of pharmacy stores are closed, especially after 5pm. I didn't have any expectation that I would be able to get the much needed medication today. But doctor said she could send the prescription to a 24x7 CVS pharmacy. I have to drive a longer distance but I gladly accepted that. 4. I already felt better the following day (Monday) thanks to doctor prescribed medicine and the 24x7 pharmacy recommendation.

Great facility and people who work here are very kind and helpful. The only negative is that it's not really a true walk-in care. Both times, recently, that we have visited we came right when they opened at 11am but were not first in line and each time they told us to come back 2 hours later. I recommend making an appointment but I know that usually when you need walk-in care you aren't able to make an appointment, you want to be seen asap!

Easy to make an appointment online. Waiting room and exam room clean and staff was on time, pleasant, and efficient. My prescription was ordered during my appointment (in and out in 15 minutes). Terrific!

Staff was amazing and and kind. We took my son with special needs in and they were so wonderful and caring. He was seen quickly and easily.
