Terrible company that has horrible customer service over the phone. They also like to write a couple fake reviews whenever they get a bad one. Buyer beware!

Working with I-Tul has been a great experience. They took over the management of my site and solidified it in record time - exactly what I was looking for. And they've been SUPER reponsive - much appreciated. Additionally, they added a payment plug-in that will enable me to reach more clients. Nothing but a positive experience working with their staff. Highly recommmend their services.

You all have a very rude gentleman that likes to cut you off and will even go as far to say "let me speak" while you are talking, I had to get into a big argument with him explaining what customer service is, he would not stop trying to talk over me explaining my issue. He is bad for your business and bad for customers, I would never come back to this service specifically because of him. I had called previously and spoken to this same guy before we canceled service and he was the same way. He sounds very logical, very to the point, hasn't ever given his name and maybe would be better suited as like a Truck Dispatcher? Definitely the worst guy you could possibly have on the phone to better your business.
