I have been with this storage facility since 2015. When Trojan first took it over, it was a nightmare. But since then, the storage manager, Jessica, has been awesome in helping with issues. I hope the Trojan corporation appreciates the value in Jessica because they have employed some real losers in the past. Jessica really cares about the tenants and is a real asset to this company.

I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service I've received at Trojan Storage in Roseville, Vineyard. Jessica was by far a top notch representative of this company. Everything was explained to me in simplistic terms, she's very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions that I had. After reading a bunch of reviews on Google and seeing Jessica's name, now I know why she's highly valued at the company by the customers.

It used to be an awesome storage facility when I first took over my grandparents' unit. They since have changed ownership and increased the rent twice. Ran into a financial difficulty with my identity theft and they had zero remorse when I asked for a few more days. The lady told me my unit was already in auction. Now it's over a month later and I get messages saying it's about to go into auction. Telling me i should have answred the correspondence, so its my fault. And they tacked on many fees that I can no longer afford to pay to even get my things out of there. Things that belonged to my grandparents from Germany. I'm so upset with this place, and their lack of humanity and customer service. All I want are my things. I do NOT recommend this place to store your things.

Jessicas responsiveness is exemplary. She is pleasant, communicative, follows through, and makes the rental process a breeze. It is rare to find this level of customer service in todays world.
