Steve Evans was extremely helpful to me back in 2017 .. I had served in the military in the past and wasn’t sure if I was able to get a VA loan . I was desperately jumping between places to live and my mom got into contact with a man who introduced me to Steve Evans . He was very upbeat - kind and really listened to what I was looking for in a home .. he was always there for me even at 1230-1am in the morning when I had questions about anything about the process .. I was anxious and anxieties but he reassured me that everything would be fine . I found a home that I really liked that wasn’t showing up on the sites when I was looking for homes .. and he was like let’s give it a shot - at 930 at night he messaged me with papers to sign to get the ball rolling on that home there were other bidders in line and for some reason the home owner took my bid - Steve was very consistent and helpful in every way .. my home closed in 23 days which was awesome because my sons birthday was about 2 weeks away .. when I got my keys he walked with me through the house and was as happy for me as I was in getting my new home .. he told me he would keep in touch and see how everything was going .. here were are over 3 -1/2 years into my home and he still contacts me to see how everything’s going ! He’s a man of his word and that’s hard to find now days . Usually someone says that and they disappear once they make the money , but not Steve ! He always asks how my son is doing and how he likes it ! Honestly when ever I decide to look for a bigger house someday I will be calling Steve ! Thank you for your help in finding me the home I never thought I’d own . And your honesty !

Steve handled the sale our existing home and our purchase of an upgraded home at the same time. What could have been an extremely stressful experience, Steve handled the transactions expertly keeping my wife and me stress free! We had just over two weeks to list and sell our former home or lose the offer we placed on our new home. The first day of showing our home, Steve was able to obtain four offers including a cash offer, and an offer well over our asking price. Steve is one of the best communicators I have ever met, and an expert on real estate matters; yet he is very down-to-Earth and makes everyone feel comfortable.
