I decided to swing by Chuck E. Cheese on a whim with my three grandchildren. It was raining outside, and our options were few. I hadn't stepped into a Chuck E. Cheese since my daughter was young. We had a poor experience at a Play Place in the Galleria, so we decided to go with Chuck E. Cheese. The place is completely transformed; everything's renovated, great environment for children. They had a jumpy house, which you had to pay a little more for, I think $10. It is well worth the money; you can jump unlimitedly the entire time you're there. The staff was very good at keeping an eye on the kids' safety while they jumped and enjoyed themselves. The card that they give to the children to activate the games and rides is easy enough that my two-year-old grandson was able to figure it out. I was pleasantly surprised that their menu includes all kinds of adult choices and, of course, the traditional options. As far as pricing for all that you get, it is worth it. We purchased a 90-minute games and rides card and unlimited jumpy house access. I was particularly impressed with all the updated play options and safety; everything looked brand new. Years ago, I would have never believed I would be saying that their food was really good. My last memory, many years ago, options were few, and pizza definitely wasn't the reason we went. I would definitely recommend it, especially for someone who hasn't been there in a while; it's a different experience. Vegetarian options: There was a vegetarian pizza cheese pizza mozzarella sticks salads Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options Parking: Absolutely no issue with parking Kid-friendliness: Children of all ages are running walking laughing playing jumping Families get stamps at the front no child can leave without the matching stamp of their adult Safety strongly enforced

Poor customer service, bad attitudes from employees. Half the games didnt work they just took the money. Picture booths didnt have paper & charging to jump after I just paid outrageous prices for food and games is ridiculous.

We went for my granddaughters 8th birthday and it was great. The kids enjoyed playing all the games and the staff was on top of the service. All in all it was a great day.
