Took my Mustang in for an X pipe, the owner named Shanti seemed to be on drugs, he was a very slow worker, was throwing up and acting weird. It took him about 3 hours to finish a simple 1 hour x pipe install. Towards the end of the install Shanti became very rude and aggressive with his words towards my dad and I. I would never give a referral or bring my car back for service, disappointed in NorCal Muffler..

Well Cody I'd like to first thank you for leaving a review. While I have no recollection of you or your dad , or your x-pipe install for that matter. I do want to apologize for what sounds like a less than perfect experience here and that is my main goal here, to not only get the job done perfectly, but to make the entire experience as enjoyable as possible and I'm sorry that we failed at doing that. I'm not making excuses for your experience but the way I was acting wasn't from drugs my friend but come to find out I was right in the middle of having heart failure which I was hospitalized for the last several days including having heart surgery and shocking it back into normal rhythm as I was in A-Fib upon entering the emergency room, so I was acting slow because I was basically dying while still trying to get customers finished and out the door. May I ask you, are you having any problems with the installation, other then being slow or acting weird? Because I'm pretty sure that's normal behavior for a heart failure patient that don't know why they feel so sick out of nowhere, literally fine one min and the next sick, bad sick. I would like to offer you a discount of 40percent off of any service we provide . Again my sincere apologies

Im back at NorCal Muffler to have a Borla axel back installed on my Lexus. Sean got me in on time and got the job done in about an hour. As I expected, Sean did great work again.

I had a very positive experience here. The owner seems like a nice, honest person who cares about the customer and giving quality service. He fixed my muffler that fell off my 04 corvette at a good price and made sure it was fixed properly. He said he was having phone service issues so if you can't get ahold of him please visit in person and they can assist you. Thank you again.

I went to other shops and they overcharged me for small exhaust repair. I took it to norcal they gave me a heck of a deal and did the repair in 15 mins. Huge shout out to shanti!
