        Not very impressed! The recall appointment on my car I was told had to be done, was this morning. My car has been done for 45 mins. But they keep seeing new customers who are spending money with them over me! Just need 3 mins to check out and leave! Service was good until this ridiculous procedure.

        Car maintenance appointments are like dentist appointments, long and painful! With that in mind, the Roseville service center was quite the opposite Id call it the Chick-fil-A of appointments - fast, efficient and surprisingly personable. Nghia was my service advisor - if you get him theres nothing to worry about.
