Dr. Raitt is great. He is very kind and knowledgeable. Also he takes as much time as needed and answers all your questions honestly. His assistant is truly lovely and they make a very compassionate team. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient with him for several years. I have Childhood induced Type 1 diabetes. It took us years to find the right insulin. I have beengetting 1 bottle a month for years. This year after paying Sutter Health 1100a year just to get my needed Insulin they refused to fullfill the prescription.Saying they needed additional doctors approval. As They are still collecting my dues they are letting me lapse on meds and die. Dont a Company that choses money over people.

Dr. Raitt is a truly excellent physician. He is very smart and keeps up on the latest knowledge. I have been lucky to have him as my primary doctor for about 14 years or so. I cannot say enough great and positive things about him.Some things about the contacting the office leave so much to be desired, but I am not going to downgrade him for this. He is not responsible for this. When you call the office you actually are getting a call center. They fail at taking correct messages and passing them along to him. When you email him, he does not get them directly, someone else fields the messages. Many of my very important ones never reached him and appear unread. I even reached out via phone to Susana, the office manager to share with her this information and she never contacted me back. So, in conclusion, if you are lucky enough to be able to get in to see him, he is really top notch. The answering system/email system is a joke and they REALLY should have people with some type of medical background fielding both. I had so many balls dropped over the last few months. (I was very sick with c19 pneumonia). None of this is his fault. It's the system. It needs to be fixed.

Will be finding a new doctor. Pressured me into accepting a Covid 19 vaccination and then insulted my intelligence and right to do so. Then lied in his notes about the reason of me declining. I am appalled.

The worst doctor i have ever dealt with in 25 years. Can care less, wastes your time.
