Incredibly dishonest and shady place. I was called, out of the blue, about important updates to my health insurance. When I attend the zoom call, it turns into a pitch about long term care insurance.The staffs here should be ashamed of themselves for trying to target/scam vulnerable people.

They deceived us but by presenting themselves themselves something they're not and and continuously can you sleep charging us money from account we did not even officially officially Made a decision to have a policy with them but they Instantly begin to charge is still charged us every month even though we never signed an official agreement on having a life insurance policy.i feel I've been scammed and I cant reach any customer service to stop the charges every month I never gave the definite decision whether I want the policy or not and they just charge charge and charge

Sent in original docs for dads life insurance and we still don't have it and we have had no updates. I am the one who has made several calls and gotten many excuses. Dad paid $17,000 over the life of the policy for a mere $5,000 we can't seem to get them to issue. They tried to pressure (strongly encourage) us to change moms long term policy to a life. Why? We can't even get them to do their job and send dads life insurance check. It has NOT been a plesant experience.
