Jessica at the front desk was very kind, respectful and curtious. If she's not a manager she needs to be one. Employees like her are rare.

We paid for the "nicest" room they had. We were woke up at 2:00 in the morning with people walking in and out of their rooms playing loud music and screaming at each other drunk. We called multiple times to the front desk that told us that they would look into it. The noise continued to get worse. At about 2:45 am we let the front desk know we were leaving and wanted a refund. They told us we would have to talk to the manager on Monday. When we walked out of our room (2:49 am) there was approximately seven people just walking back and forth outside drunk yelling at each other.On Monday after everything we went through the manager offered us a 20% refund of our room. I told him to keep it and obviously he needed it more than we did. I called corporate and spoke to guest relations who did say that my experiences were 100% verified by the staff notes but there was nothing they could do but offer me points for another stay. The lady agreed that 20% was ridiculous for what I'd gone through but only the manager could give me a full refund. I thanked her for trying to make it right but explained that we didn't need the points, we wouldn't be staying at Best Western again.
This place is an obvious dumpster fire (Yelp 2/5) that has a death grip on every nickel they can scrounge before they go out of business.
So if you're looking for a more expensive Motel 6, with all the charm of a homeless encampment, this is your spot.
You could also just stay at your local shelter and then go to Denny's in the morning. I'm pretty sure it's the same experience.
