Even though house sales has decreased but they still ask extremely high prices for houses that's not worth the price

They like to keep your deposit and resell the home. Also the repairs are always a challenge

The worst experience in my life, going to Lennar. I wish I could give no star. Mark is racist and awful. He thinks he is a loan officer, you should be approved by him beside the lenders approval. that is funny I don't know why he gives himself these rights to interfere to customers personal life. he forgets that he is just an admin assistant. Nick collected all our information, required docs and ran our credits but never got back to us. after a couple weeks of waiting calling and sending emails we got approval for 100k less than we are approved by another lender. He said Mark will call you for the available house. We waited for Marks call for ever. Lennars houses are nice but people who work in Campus Aoks and sierra west in Roseville are awful. I do not recommend any one to go with Lennar in sierra west and Campus Oaks. Kevin, Mark and Nick are not professional and a waste of time. They don't answer phones. And do not know any think about customer rights and services. Pham Peter and Gloria are nice.
