        Amanda from KB home studio rushed us when my wife and I went to pick out our upgrades we paid for!!! We were not educated on the types of flooring options available to us. We are not educated properly on the carpet we had options on choosing. I HIGHLY recommend NOT PURCHASING A KB HOME due to all of the issues and horrible management. The upgrades are 5x times the price of going with a 3rd party of your choosing. The average KB home is built in 80 days and have many issues with them. KB policy is 1 year to fix these issues and they are horrible at scheduling and doing such. KBs studio does not take any credit for there mishaps and issues. There needs to be actin taken and KB does not value there customers.
