        Staying here for 3 days. Most of the day shift front desk staff is rude. Everyone acts as if youre bothering them. I wanted a microwave ( here for work and getting back late hours) they brought it and put it in front of the coffee make. Its heavy I called to have them put it on top so I could get to my coffee and cream for my coffee. 2.5 hours and 2 calls later I have neither. The facilities are great and so is the evening staff so I had to try and lift it myself it fell.. But dont expect nice, courteous or prompt service during the day
