Completion of our bath remodel has been set back at least 3-4 weeks due to this company. After weeks of saying they wont schedule an appt until the shower is finished (emphasis on schedule), their earliest availability was 1 week out (after the shower was completed). 5 days after the eventual appt they called my contractor to say the price had gone up from the $2900 quoted to $3500+ due to an increase in the manufacturers price. They also showed up late for their appt and cant seem to figure out if a top frame will be needed for the shower glass.

Very trustworthy and great customer service. Receptionist was great and the guy who came out for both the price quote and window replacement was knowledgeable and honest. Would work with them again anytime.

I walked in and they were able to help me out immediately cut some glass for  cabinet doors.Great service!

Had a pretty crummy experience with this place. I wanted to have my dated sidelights at my front door updated. Installation went fine and the guy was super cool. After he left, I tried to take the stickers off both windows (looks like a white stamp that says "tempered" and has a bunch of numbers on it). Come to find out they are not stickers, it's actually etched into the glass with no way to take it off. It looks ridiculous! I'm super frustrated that I just paid a bunch of money for these windows, but more than that I'm frustrated that the company took no accountability for it. They explained to me that it is code to have that etching in tempered glass that is by a front door. Okay, fine. But how could I have possibly known that?! I truly never would have had the windows changed if I had known they'd have these dumb stamps. They said I could pay to get new ones without the etching. Seriously!? The girl at the front desk got pretty combative and when I said it wasn't my fault that they were there (because I'm not a mind reader nor do I know California code) she said it "wasn't their fault either." I mean, between the two of us, who knew that the stamp was going to be there and who had no way of possibly knowing that? Seems like a huge drop of the ball on their part not to mention it to me. I will probably end up having to replace them but I sure won't be ordering from Glass Masters next time around. I realize this job was small potatoes for them but as far as I'm concerned it's never a good idea to treat any customer like this because guess what, I have a big house that is going to need new windows and doors in the coming years! My two cents...keep your distance from this place.

Scot from Glass Masters came out to our house to check out and provide an estimate for our shower glass door that wouldn't close properly.When he arrived he was very professional and courteous.  Within a few minutes of checking out our door, he discovered it didn't need repair, he said it was just the plastic trim on the bottom that was sticking.  He proceeded to repair it and to my surprise, he said there will be no charge!  This is just unbelievable that there is this kind of customer service today.Kudos to Glass Masters for their honesty and terrific customer service.  I would without hesitation recommend Glass Masters.Thank you!
