Jason helped me sell my house which needed renovation and repairs. He coordinated the installation of flooring, interior and exterior painting and landscaping work. All repairs were extremely well done at a very reasonable price. He also retained an outfit to stage the home and take pictures. It would not be an exaggeration to say the photographs were stunning and the house looked better than it ever had. He then listed the house on the market, eliciting an offer within the day for well over the asking price. I could not recommend Jason strongly enough. Great communication, took my suggestions into account, but was also very trustworthy and I let him do what he thought would put the house in the best condition to maximize the value He did that in a very successful and stress-free process..
