Elaine has some issues with her ethics crossing over to her own personal beliefs. I wouldn't recommend her unless you don't ever want to see your child, have backdoor agreements without your permission, and just plain conflicts of interests. I wouldn't take the time to write or complain about ANYBODY just to be a pain or hurt their business. I hope you don't have the hole in your chest I have to never be separated from your child until Elaine and her "Wonderful" team got involved. She was supposed to be MY attorney but she found a way to make money her client. RUN!

Elaine and her team are so careful and thoughtful.  Hiring Elaine to do your family law case and you know you are being well taken care of. It feels like a mother taking care of her children but in a really good way.  You know she will fight for your rights but also tell you if your case is not strong.  Have been very impressed with her work.  In my experience she mainly does cases in Placer and Sacramento but perhaps other counties as well I am not sure.  Her hourly rate is lower than many other Certified Specialists and, more importantly, she doesn't overcharge her time.  Top notch and five stars for sure!

O.k., here's another "review from an oblique angle", which are my specialty. I just hired Elaine and her terrific staff person/white tornado in an effort to see if they might help a desperate, mysterious and ultimately tragic case find a better ending. It's easy to be impressed with Elaine's sincerity, honest work ethic and straight-forward manner of presenting herself, and everything is backed up by a one-woman staff who you wish would come work for you. Give them a try for sure.
