Sutter Roseville Medical Center Emergency Department

A recent trip to this medical facility proved it to be much cleaner than other Sutter Hospitals in the area. While I did not have to wait long to be triaged, I never saw a doctor until I was discharged, and even then I did not receive any explanation for objective findings on a recent scan. However, the nurses were very polite and seemed to have a high degree of compassion.

After 6 hours in crying pain on my tailbone from falling on it and trouble walking and sitting. I'm sent home saying nothing more than "doesnt look broken" and that I should keep from sitting. Not sure how to do that in an office job and nothing to help with pain or nothing more to figure out why there's so much pain. The way I was shuffled in and out of rooms it feels more like a meat factory. And no one really seemed to care about what happened just enough to get you out. Most of the time I over hear the nurse complaining about their union not fighting for a raise and not being paid as much as the other hospitals, really unprofessional when several patients were within ear shot. I will do my best to NEVER go back to this ER.

Went in last night after a terrible car accident the nurse I had was so uncompassionate, they did not care about you Ive heard many storys like this from there before. I was a nurse at one time and cared for my patients and thats the reason I did the job to help people and make them feel better.. Roseville sutter should make it a part of the requirement of being a nurse at there facility to have compassion and care for people.

My wife had to go to the ER, and the experience was wonderful (as much as having to take your wife to the ER can be). She was greeted right away by a very friendly nurse at the reception desk (no waiting in line), and they took her to triage very quickly. The doctor in triage was personable as well as the nurses. Once she was admitted, the experience didn't change. She was there for 4 days and she has nothing but nice things to say about everyone and everything. Please don't let these bad reviews dissuade you from going to the ER if you feel you need to go. Nothing you could experience here would be worse than not receiving medical attention.

Worst ER Ive ever experienced wife is still there after three hours and has not even been to triage yet! Mind you this is after getting a referral to come here from urgent care.
