Receptionists were very unprofessional and rude! When I called for a consultation she asked unusual questions like, how are you going to be able to afford an attorney? She continued to ask strange and unfriendly questions as she booked my appointment. I called back minutes later to cancel that appointment. The 2nd receptionist/Gwen was just as unprofessional and when I told her what happened she hung up on me.

Why use the rest when you can have the best. I found Frank Ali after dismissing two other family law attorneys. I wished I had found Frank in the beginning. It would have saved me a considerable amount of time and money.

Update: it's absurd that Frank pretends he doesn't know me or that I paid his inflated invoices. Equally absurd is that he's claiming I left negative reviews for other lawyers in several cities. I left one negative review for an attorney in Sacramento who Frank recommended for real estate law. Guy works in his office. Also, welcome to Yelp/The Internet: A place where people review more than one merchant per category. Please stop with the constant lying and be a better, more ethical attorney.Frank not only committed malpractice but offered to violate client-attorney privilege by telling Yelpers to call him for details on my case. It wasn't until I pointed out this violation that he got my review taken down and now claims he can't discuss other people's cases on Yelp. You're welcome for that legal education, Frank. And since you continue to lie in order to get my review taken down, I'm posting additional reviews on other websites. Have fun doing damage control instead of doing your actual job right.Frank has committed malpractice, made racist and sexist comments about "men in your culture" and acted unprofessionally and unethically at every turn. Telling your client to "shut up"? Shouldn't be necessary to tell a man his age that's unacceptable, but that's what you get from a former insurance salesman who graduated from a third-tier law school. Divorce is hard, especially if you're a woman who isn't the primary breadwinner. The last thing you need is a weak attorney like Frank who rolls over and pressures you to make concessions on easy wins.He responded to my initial review by offering to share details of the case with any member of the public who was concerned about my feedback. That violates attorney-client privilege, something you would think an attorney would know about. More of that great legal education at work.Set your money on fire or flush it down the drain. That's a more sound legal strategy than hiring an incompetent, immoral attorney like Frank. Dust off your insurance license, Frank. Because your lame attempts to cover up your unethical behavior will get you disbarred. There's a better use of billable time than trying to get unfavorable Yelp reviews removed. Maybe do your job and stop trying to defraud your clients.People work hard to earn a living and if they're paying $200+ per hour for representation, they deserve to know what kind of lawyer they're hiring.
