WellSpace Health Roseville Community Health Center

After reading previous reviews, I was not expecting much from my first appointment. I am very happy to say that I had a terrific experience with this Wellspace office, and NP Alice Liu. I was checked in quickly, waited less than 10 mins, and had each and every one of my questions and concerns addressed. I cannot yet speak to how quickly this office handles referrals, but given how smoothly my appointment went, and how organized the nurses and office staff appeared, I am sure that my ongoing needs will be addressed appropriately. Its been 7 months waiting for 2 surgeries and now Medi-Cal has changed my insurance policy weeks before my 1st surgery date. It took 5 referrals just to find a surgeon who could perform my surgery. It took almost 2 months to be seen. A lot of this was Nivano and Medi-cal, however, Dr. McGee and the medical professionals here at least try to treat me like a human even though it seems I shall never be fixed. I truly believe the systems and processes are to blame for this providers less than expedited services. This is a higher management problem. Whoever is running the systems and processes for managing patient care should be fired.

I was here for an ultrasound, and I experienced such stress from the workers here, the people were not friendly to me, and I asked for a photo of my child, since who is my first child, and I really wanted to have a photo, and they didnt give me , They started to be rude to me, they spoke to me inappropriately and I will never come here again and I advise everyone not to come here. If you want to be calm and not have stress for yourself and your child, then look for another clinic.

The worse m medical clinic I have dealt with. Been waiting for a simple phone appointment over an hour. No call from anyone. Waited 8 weeks for appointment and still no one called me for my appointment. If I could go anywhere else I would but my options are limited. Please if you want a good place to go to a doctor don't go to wellspace.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME FIND A NEW PROVIDER. Jeffrey Mcgoo is staring into space doodling while you explain what's wrong. Then they fail to refer you to the correct location. You're better off finding a new provider it's a waste of time through well space
