Here's the revised review seems I have to write it in a professional format and I'm only allowed to post one photo. My experience was horrible, with tons of safety concerns in the PLAY AREA ENVIRONMENT. My PICTURES show my TODDLER pointing at the swing held together with clear masking tape covering protruding sharp edges. These PICTURES are only visible on my homepage under photos depicting the environment at the mall location. We photographed several issues with the netted material used to reinforce the balance beam, this is a physically interactive toy placed at least 6 ft above the ground. The play area had very few toys, leaving my TODDLER disappointed. When we tried to inform the staff of the issues, they responded with, "there is no one here to do repairs." We spoke with one parent parent when we left the building that was taking PICTURES also. I have been clear that I did not need any contact with employees or replies, just someone to inspect the PLAY AREA. I received several missed calls from this establishment. During the last call, my sister picked up on speaker and someone identifying herself as Jessica said she heard I wanted to speak with her. I had to leave a voicemail specifying I wanted no contact in order for the calls to stop. To sum it all up, the environment was stressful, especially considering the price of around $12 per person, even though we were in a group, the price was not appropriate for the experience. There was a coffee, tea, and juice option at the MALL location, but the staff seemed clueless. It is my understanding the other Folsom location has a coffee shop with cookies I know you can have cake if you are having a party. We did not see those options at the mall location. The whole experience was disappointing, and I would never recommend it nor go back. Since I can only post one picture on this review you have to go to my Google review page and look under photos if you want to see them all. There was free parking and wheelchair parking available. However we did have to walk quite a way to the MALL. I just want safety and the truth to be shown with my visit and review. If not I will ask my other family members that were present to post their photos on their Google reviews

This place needs a total overall. And may I express its very difficult to keep reviews up here unless they are positive. One image depicts torn netting, while another illustrates a damaged swing beneath the balance beam, hastily repaired with tape. Not cool for anyone particularly smaller children. Here is my latest update. This is kind of becoming ridiculous. Initially, I had spoke on my personal experience with busy kids, and I happen to be with a friend of mine who had a poor experience herself. My friend was unable to post. Her pictures would not come up. I will say the owner is vigilant about her reviews. If they are not positive, my friend wrote a review with revealing pictures and it keeps getting taken down or all the photos are not uploading. After posting the review, minus the pictures, she received several calls displaying busy kids telephone number which she Was unavailable to answer. This evening around 8 PM on March 29th her sister answered and relayed that Jessica was inquiring to speak with Nicole, giving the impression that Nicole was attempting to reach out to her. Nicole left a voicemail and politely declined, expressing her current disinterest in conversing with Jessica, but rather focusing on contributing to the Google reviews like other patrons. I was present on the visit we all had, and basically, it was horrible. We experienced a lot of safety hazards. Theyre all depicted in the photos. Hopefully this gets resolved. Im over it off to new adventures.

I booked a party for my son after visiting the Roseville location and loved it. When I booked the gals from the location said that Saturday at 3 pm the were relevantly not busy so I went ahead and booed the the reservation that with food was close to 600$ The have a capacity max that was not followed given the amount of people I had on my reservation. The line was out the door and my guest waited almost 25 minutes to get in and do the consent form which cut my time in almost half by the time my guest were in. I did let the ladies there know I was unhappy about the max capacity not being honored and truly was a really big downer on the two hour rental that they ensure you get out before the two hours. For the hour my son played it was fine was it worth $450 + food cost absolutely not my time was not respected, and I was still charge the full amount but threatened with 50 $ charge for every 10-15 minutes I went over, but not once offered a comp for the unorganized non prioritizing of my party entry the cut my time by a half hour very unprofessional.
