Went for car wash, vacuum, etc. When entering car wash area, I was almost 100% sure all 4 windows were up. However, upon exiting the wash area, one back window was down..how, don't know. My issue is when the girls (one on each side of vehicle) were using their brooms with soap to wash windows, car...the one on side where window was evidently open....how she didn't notice the window down. Consequently half back seat was soaked along with soap. The guy (guessing owner) said if she would have noticed window down, she would have tapped on the window. That she didn't notice window down is beyond my comprehension. First if all, how does he know what she saw and didn't see. Plus he said there wouldn't have been that much water or soap getting into car by just going through the wash itself. Definitely wish I would have read reviews first, will never return. Now hoping seat will dry without mildewing. Not happyat all!

Most unprofessional car wash place Ive ever been to. They always have issues with their drive-through car wash not working correctly or not even renting soap off. One times their tracks was completely busted and the car started to go sideways. My windows are covered and so I couldnt see anything. Super scary I thought Id give him another shot because I had the monthly pass but then their automated system decided to charge my carCard different days. Usually the payment would hit my card on the 13th but then I decided to hit earlier. Just super strange with a huge lack of professional communication or customer service when I bring my concerns to the employees they act like its a huge inconvenience. Definitely will not be coming back and do not recommend this business.

When I arrived no one was at the booth. Over 10 min went by before he showed up with a lackluster attitude. I learn I'm the one driving through the wash which is whatever. The attendant and another employee brushed the car a little bit rough in my opinion. Keep in mind we're talking about a 1 year old luxury sports car. After that the machine washed the car. When it was done going through it still had soap on it. The same helper from the brushing walked over to dry and do the interior. Clearly this place has no staff. While I waited I sat inside the lobby which is pitiful. It's like a wasteland of a dying store. After nearly 30 minutes the car was done. The wheels were still dirty, it had water spots from soap drying and parts of it were still dirty. The worst part is the cheap stuff they sprayed all over my dash steering wheel etc. I have grease marks literally. I'm very disappointed. I tried to give my business but I can't support sub par quality especially on this vehicle. Get better or close down. Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming
