Horrible experience. They couldnt' rebuild a transmission after representing they could and charge me for it. It failed and I had to go to another shop and pay the same amount to get it redone. They never give you written estimates and they take your car and keep it for unreasonable amounts of time. Don't go there. It has been a nightmare for me and has cost me so much money.

Horrible. Went there on a recommendation. Car had coolant leak. I told him where it was leaking and what it was. He didn't fix it claimed it was a cap. By the time I got home. ..it was leaking again. Took it back... they claimed the thermostat was bent and replaced it since he had put it in the year prior... took it home...leaked again. Took it back a 3rd time. Told him where it was leaking again. He claimed it was a blown head gasket...Im not a mechanic but I'm not an idiot. It told him it was most definitely not that and to please fix the leak. 3 weeks later I get my car back...he replaed the thermostat again...still claiming after he tested the heads it was still the problem... even though the head gaskets were absolutely fine. I take it home...leaks again as soon as I get into my driveway... So I ultimately ordered a new reservoir myself and replaced a broken snap ring. Original problem officially solved. By me...then changing the oil later on...find a new leak...the thermostat...which he kept messing with. WORST MECHANIC EVER!!!

This shop really knows their stuff! Not only do they have expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles (and I hear Honda too), they don't try to add on extra unnecessary services like the big name shops do! The mechanics have many years of experience and top-of-the-line training in their craft and I don't have to worry about having a rookie do work on my car (which I've fallen victim of at many other big name shops!). I was referred to this shop by co-workers (many of my co-workers have been using this shop for years and love it), and they did great work on a very big job on my Highlander which would have cost me almost double if I had it done at either the dealership or another big name shop (I had several quotes done) AND I didn't have to worry that it wouldn't be done right like it was before at the dealership shop. I recommend using this shop for your auto-mechanic needs!
