Rating: (1/5) I recently visited Midas] for an oil change, lured in by a promising $29.99 coupon advertised on their website. However, my experience quickly turned sour as they blatantly refused to honor the coupon upon arrival. Instead, I was slapped with a hefty bill of $75 for the same service. What's more infuriating is their excuse that it's a corporate policy not to honor the coupon. If that's the case, why bother advertising it on their website in the first place? This misleading tactic not only wasted my time but also left a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly advise potential customers to beware of such deceptive practices at Midas It's evident that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and integrity. My trust in their business ethics has been shattered, and I will be taking my patronage elsewhere in the future.

I was very happy with their service a few things were questionable I'm very sad that I can't get in there and watch what they are doing I don't trust car shops it's always about the money I read up and get the mechanical books on every car I drive so I saw some things I didn't like but they always lie and say everything's good total cost 333.00 so it's whatever still have a oil leak caused by the last shop that changed my oil
