We have had all of our cars serviced at Roseville Toyota since 1997. for most of that time, weve had the same service technician Chris Martinez. He is the absolute best in the business. Hes professional, courteous, and caring. His customer service is amazing. He returns all phone calls, explains everything in detail, and always goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are always addressed. We trust Chris so much he was one of the primary reasons we bought our 2019 Avalon from Roseville Toyota!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE. I came for my 30,000 mile service and not only did they provide a video of the mechanic going through the multi-point inspection, they also identified an alignment issue that had been previously overlooked. Rebecca was super sweet and very helpful and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new service provider.

At the beginning of the year the brakes became spongy again, and the parking brake wasnt working well again. Adjustments were made 2/5/24 and brakes are back to the way it was when it was serviced in October 2023. Hope it continues to function well. Service: Auto brake repair
