    I would give 0 stars if I could. The first time I brought the vehicle in, I was told it was ready. It was over an hour before I got to the dealership and was told when I arrived, rather than prior to my arrival, that the engine light was on. (Light was not on when I brought it in). I was told several times that the vehicle was running better than when I brought it in. However, on my way home, the vehicle almost died on me several times in rush hour plus holiday traffic with my 8 month old baby in the car with me. It also would not accelerate. So it was in fact in worse condition than before. I brought my vehicle back in and was told that they would check everything to make sure the problem was found and resolved. I was told it was ready again but the light came back on before I even left the lot. That is when I was told that the light came on before I got there but it went off so they didnt mention it to me and told me it was ready. I left the vehicle again and the day after I picked it up, the engine light came on AGAIN. It was very inconvenient having to take time out of the day and to find a ride each time I was told the vehicle was ready when it wasnt. Also, each time I went in, I was told the vehicle was running better than before. It was not and still isnt running better than before. It sounds and runs much worse than before, the issue was never resolved, and the engine light is still on. When the service advisor followed up, I told him my frustrations and he responded by telling me about how the oil needed to be changed and they had to replace the spark plugs again because of it. But the thing is, even after the oil was changed and the spark plugs replaced again, I still had to bring the vehicle back an additional time and that still did not resolve anything. The dealership failed to fix the problem the vehicle is having and the service manager was informed but never cared to follow up with me.

I make appointment at 10 am after hour they told me whats problem then I told them ok fix After another hour front desk called me he asked do you wanna fix this problem?))))) Why I was seating and waiting 2 hours? I thought they start fixing my car. Then front desk said they are busy and he has only 2 hands))) No more here again. But one employee was friendly and professional who inspected my car. I cant believe how they are keeping this business with not professional employees..

John Pepper was my service technician and he was easily the most helpful person that I have ever had in any automotive customer service position ever. I felt like my concerns were listened to and he took a truly personal approach to dealing with my car problems! I couldnt recommend John or Roseville Nissan more! Thank you!!
