Used RC to install a shower stall and it looked beautiful. About a year later the door kept getting stuck as it was pulling away from the bracket holding it. It reached the point where it was causing the stall to leak and I was concerned the glass would break. I called Randy and he said he'd come by. Then, no response  so I texted him and he said he'd get back to me. Next conversation was that he didn't cover that part of the city anymore. I mentioned he covered it fine when he installed the stall and I paid him then.Net result is he stopped responding and I was forced to pay another company to fix his work.I am appalled at his lack of customer service in a customer oriented business so cannot recommend him at all.

Big thanks to Randy for helping fix my door install. He did a great job fixing what I was not quite able to figure out. The door came out great and would absolutely recommend him for any help installing shower doors. Thank you!

Seriously, Randy was a dream to work with. Got quotes from 4 other companies for a shower door and Randy was hundreds of dollars cheaper than all of them. Also, my shower door looks like I would have paid ten times more. Professional, wonderful, quick, responsive and talented. He's a killer combo.
