R&B are losing they quality, what wrong with the Barista, the Cheese Foam of drink getting reduce for unknow reason, that is really dissapoint. I getting order of Assam Black Tea with Cheese Foam and the Foam are just adding as if added reluctantly, I ask the staff, she get to the room for Barista answer, then she come out and told us, (In VietNamese): "The reason that the Cheese Foam are less that is because I bough the Assam Black Tear with Cheese Foam the one is default include, she said it like free so it less than the Cheese Foam added option, while the one include Cheese Foam are $5.65, and if you bough a single Assam Black Tea and added Cheese Foam option, it is still $5.65, got the problem?, it is still the same price, but if you choose to added Cheese Foam option, you get more? Like what is that mean, just like a joke, and I dont know why they answer that way, like nonsense and superficial, and I dont know did they change the formula but Cheese Foam are supper sweet, and again another problem with the Barista, and Cheese Foam, but this time with Stormy Matcha, Cheese Foam are less, that the drink becomes extremely bitter.

Location is at the corner of Walnut Grove and Valley. It is in the middle corner of the mall. Same mall as Sam Woo and McDonald. Parking may be hard to find during the peak. They encourage all customers to order via the booths. No cashier. No cash. Clean restroom. I do prefer better seat. The seat now is not stable and look worn out. Music is quite laud. It would be better to turn out a bit. Anyway vibe is good. The drinks taste good with reasonable price. They offer not only drinks but hot food like chicken pop and friend wonton. But do remember if you want a dipping sauce, you have to pay extra even though the picture show it with dipping sauce. This is hidden gem and I definitely go back. Dietary restrictions: You can pick level of sugar. Parking: There are many popular places in the same mall, so parking may be a bit difficult to find. Kid-friendliness: There is gaming available for playing. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room.
