As a first time home buyer, my husband and I were really taken back with all the hoops and paperwork that went into it. Carson really set us at ease with how he explained the process and showed us in his video presentation how it would work. We also had to get a calHFA loan to assist with our purchase and I was blown away how easy and quickly it went since we were in December and the holidays were here. Very thankful to Carson and his team. We closed on the 10th of January and very happy we had Carson on our side.
