The whole experience from the second we walked through the doors to the final conversations deserves 5-stars! All of that is because of Oris. She greeted us immediately, stopped what she was doing and helped us pick out the basics. Then we came back and picked out the details (like the grout color! Things I didnt even think needed to be decided on!). I decided to be the project manager of our kitchen remodel and the detailed and timely responses I received via email or phone call from Oris were such a relief of random questions or concerns. Next is the affordability! We didnt choose the tip top of the line options since this isnt a forever home or kitchen, but definitely a huge upgrade to our home. We were amazed at the prices being very fair - we were warned that material was going to be a hefty cost. Additionally, the timeline was quick and right on schedule. Oris gave us dates well in advance and reassured me multiple times that things were on schedule. I truly cant say enough about how great Oris was to work with. Im kind of sad the project is coming to an end because I felt like someone was as excited and as invested in the project as we were. Be sure to visit the store and ask for Oris!

You can't go wrong with the prices and the professionalism at the Granite store. Lillian was super to work with, she was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right countertop that would go with our kitchen. I was very undecided about which pattern to choose but by the time we left the store I was very pleased with our purchase and very excited for the installation which will happen in four days. So thank you Lillian for all your help and sharing your knowledge with us today.

I wont share a photo yet as the kitchen is not complete. The demo was scheduled for Monday with installation on Tuesday. Well everyone showed up on Monday and while the demo was taking place the Quartz guys were measuring and cutting. The entire job including clean up was finished by 3:00!!!! The Quartz guy was a Zen master. Everything was measured perfectly and cut exactly. I was concerned about a 28 inch seam that would be very visible. Every store I looked at, including this one, where model kitchens are available to view, had eighth inch grout spaces or more. Ours is a thin line perfectly level along its length. From a foot away it cant be seen and is invisible! Very impressive. The four workers were efficient and just powered through the job start to finish. We purchased two 110x 28 pre-cut-edged tops of Quartz. Very happy with the produce and of course the installation. Going back to the store to purchase the tile for behind the countertops. John K

My entire experience with Granite Store was easy and great from beginning to end. I did my research and got several quotes before I found them and   working with Lillian was a delight.  As I "hemmed" and "hawed" and got overwhelmed with decisions, Lillian calmly and politely kept touching base and working with me.  In the end, I was able to get everything related to the counters booked and done with Lillian i.e. the counters, the plumbing, the sinks and fixtures).When it came to the install, both gentlemen were very professional. They showed up on time with the full quartz slab and cut and shaped it on the spot, which was awesome and fun to watch.  The installation went very smoothly and I love the finished result. The guys work hard - they were at my house almost the entire day, then were headed out to another job at 5pm!Also, Granite Store is a full service kitchen and bath showroom which unfortunately, I found out about after I had already selected and partially paid for my new floors...my mistake because their prices were lower than what I paid - ARGH!They also do kitchen cabinets (I had mine painted, so didn't need this, but I'm sure they would have been competitive or beat the competition).Obviously I can't say enough about how easily this ONE piece of my remodel went (which I can not say that about most everything else...).  You won't be disappointed - try them and see!
