        Donna is the best tax preparer EVER! She's quick, professional, and very accurate! My first year with her, she noticed an error from my previous preparer (not JH) and ended up actually getting me more money for that year PLUS my normal refund. Ever since, I try to find the location she's at and she always gets me more than the online estimators. Just all around 10000% AMAZING service, it's truly mind blowing.

        Jackson Hewitt messed up our tax forms, they then had to do an addendum. They said it would not affect our taxes. We got a letter saying we owed money from the IRS. They did NOTHING to help us and stopped taking our calls even though we paid the insurance in case this happened. Go to a tax service that has an established office or pay the consequences!
