Josh was incredibly helpful and made sure I saw the unit and got all the promotional benefits leaving me excited to be a customer, excellent aplomb. Great service. 3/10/2024 Edit: This review was based on an initial interaction. The facility is now managed y a different company and I am glad it is given the price hikes from $80 to $100 and then $120 randomly with no warning, also Josh would harass customers via calls. I hope to see how the new company operates.

Awesome experience in every manner! The building is new with very clean surroundings and secure entrance and loading dock. December was amazing at the front desk. We literally had everything set up in about 5 minutes and she was able to accommodate my needs and answer all my questions without any hesitation. Highly recommend

The facilities are kept clean, but the best part about this place is the workers. They are wonderful and have great attitudes. One employee in particular stood out. Cindys customer service was above and beyond expectations. It gave me a sense of comfort knowing my belongings are being watched over by these amazing people. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit, this is the place to be.
