I was in need of a date of death appraisal for the trust and did some research on hiring a local appraiser. I called and talked to various appraisers and decided to go with Matt at North Valley Appraisals since he had great reviews on google and on Home Advisor. The entire process from start to finish he was very professional and knowledgeable. He had communicated with me throughout the entire process and his appraisal was very thorough. I hired Matt to do an appraisal at my mom's house in Sacramento. He did an excellent job. Matt was knowledgeable, punctual, professional and easy to work with. Also, he listened well regarding upgrades and additions made to the property. He gave what I believe was a thoughtful and accurate appraisal. I would highly recommend him!
