Such low service. I waited at the desk for 20 minutes in front of the workers and they didnt say a word to me. And just now I called them , they put me on hold and then hung up. Tried calling them back and they hung up again. Thanks for bad service. Wish I couldve been sent somewhere else.

It wasn't a long wait great service the doctor's was great listening when come to me explaining what was going with me and got treated right away

My last visit was 2023 February, Ive visited them all the way from 2021-2023 Staff is pleasant now, inside is still very cramped, busy, gross and not a thing besides that has changed. Probably the same chairs too. WHATS IMPORTANT Expect to wait a long time for drug tests and physicals. Doctor heitke and the old co managing doctor license number PA22462 Denise Hopkins do not care about your well-being and arent concerned about getting you better. Just back to work even if it causes permanent damage. The replacement is a 25 year old college graduate dork who equally doesnt care. LOOK OUT FOR THIS KID, hes not the managing doctor but hes equally as snarky, misguided anger and hatred towards patients. I was cornered into a room by him and Denise, I asked to keep the door open because the tension and they kept it closed as if I had no choice. I walked by him on his break outside on the phone with an employer probably, so I should check him out?. DUDE YES YOU'RE AN URGENT CARE! Fix this medical facility it doesnt have the patience, care, qualifications, management or standards set by the medical industry to be called an URGENT CARE. It should be called slow and unresponsive I dont care

Staff was polite which is the reason for 2 stars. Waiting over 2 hours to provide a urine sample is excessive.
