These people have absolutely no respect for your time, 30 + minute phone holds, 30 minutes to an hour late just getting you seated, 2 - 3 hour office visits for 30 minutes of actual work, but 'require' a $100 deposit for an appointment in the event something comes up and you risk 'wasting' their time. I've been a member of the dental group that owns this location for several years, never have missed an appointment, have good insurance, but am still 'required' to give them a deposit. These are just a few of the multiple reasons why I dropped Rocklin Modern Dentistry for the Highland location. This location is about as insulting and disrespectful as you can get.

They did my root canal in 2018 and in the process they cracked the filling they put into it. Despite being told I wouldnt feel pain in that spot anymore for the next year and a half I was brushed off and was told it was just my wisdom teeth crowding fast forward to 2020 and my root canal area became so infected it ate all of the bone of my tooth away and I had to have it removed. Now both this dentist and my regular dentist are pushing me to get an implant, which is thousands of dollars for a mistake THEY MADE AND DIDN'T CATCH not only did they brush me off when I told them for over a year I was in pain now I have to pay for their mistake. It isnt fair and while I can not find any documentation to prove this, I wish I could because I would LOVE to get a settlement or just something for all the trauma that I have been put through. This is YOUR fault yet Im the one who has to pay now. I have zero faith in dentists anymore its just a business for you not healthcare.

Hi, my name is Delight Nelms and I reside in Rocklin, California. Due to several bad experiences in various dental offices, I had neglected my mouth completely. After losing two old crowns and splitting another tooth, I was forced into calling into a dental office. My husband had experienced a wonderful crown replacement with one of the dentists at Rocklin Modern Dentistry, 5182 Commons Drive, Rocklin, Ca. I called and was able to meet with Dr. Benjamin Lin. In Spite of extreme white coat syndrome, Dr. Lin was able to calm me, do a full mouth evaluation and we started on the process of returning my mouth to health. I needed 6 crowns either replaced or worked on, two involving broken teeth that had to be root canal and pinned before building the tooth back and crowning it. I also had an implant done on a missing tooth in my bottom jaw which then was crowned with crown #7. This procedure was started at the Brentwood office. I finished up with all work this monday and have been super pleased. No problems with anything and Dr. Lin was so gentle as well as competent. No white coat syndrome as it disappeared under his care. I can eat, smile and be normal again. This office accepted my Delta Dental Ins. that I have through my Kaiser plan.
