Everything started out really good wth Cal Northern realty group. My wife and I were relocating across country and had some unique challenges. We reached out to see if we could take a Skype tour of the property. Brent Leuschen responded and said that would be just fine, and that Mitchel Arredondo would be happy to face time a tour for us. We were ecstatic and Mitch seemed really nice. My wife and I really liked the place and put in our application right away. We were told it could take as few as 3 business days or up to two weeks. We understood. After four business days (six calendar days) we decided to follow up because we were really eager to hear back and were holding off applying at other places until we heard. Mitch responded quickly with one follow up question which we answered promptly. After receiving our message Mitch said final approval was coming within a day or two. That sounded great to us. We waited three business days until we reached out again. We have not heard from Cal Northern realty group since (Brent Leuschen or Mitchel Arredondo). It's now been SIXTEEN business days since we last followed up with them. If we weren't approved we would have happily accepted that news within the timeframe they provided us. Rather we held false hope and wasted valuable time not applying elsewhere waiting to hear from them. Extremely disappointed in Cal Northern realty group. 500 N Street in downtown Sacramento looked like a really great fit for us but I guess it wasn't meant to be.
