DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. There are dozen of people walking around doing nothing but, there is only one cashier and you have to wait in the line for hours.

I had to go inside this branch a few days ago to get some bills that were not available on the ATM. I was shocked to see that they had walled off the area where the teller windows used to be located. In its place was a very sterile white-walled box with 1 window around the corner next to the emergency exit. I found out that BOFA is now moving towards having only 1 teller available. From speaking with another customer while in a very slow-moving line, the teller is not available every day either. He stated he had gone to this branch a couple of days within that same week and there were no tellers available. The line in this branch was already long and slow even with multiple tellers helping the customers. Now, it's even going to be slower. Whoever suggested and made the decision to go in this direction is definitely very much detached from their core customers. This is not good customer service, BOFA!

#1 This locations remodeling had taken human connection out of the business and is pushing Bank of America customers to seek out other branches. If you want to be out of true customer service then close your doors. You are almost there with only one teller window open.
#2 Having an employee stand inside the entrance at a make shift desk/host table asking (too loudly) every single customer what their business is invasive and unprofessional.
#3 That same front person is there for one purpose of pushing/suggesting/encouraging customers to do their banking at the atm while announcing high dollar amount the machines accepts is for a lack of polite words . STUPID. Your machines have been targeted and I personally have experienced having my account hit by using those very atms.
#4 walking the customer line asking who has cash or check deposits is a violation of our financial privacy. If you want to shorten the line have a non cash window open instead with signage non cash transactions stop making our personal and private transactions so public.
Find a better way to interact with your customers.
STOP pushing people to use those ATMS. We KNOW what they do. If we have a debit card we absolutely know how to use an ATM. Those machines are NO safer to use when depositing large sums of money just because your staff tells people they do as if we are dumb.
Bring back the human interaction of banking and stop forcing people to depend on machines.
This branch has some of the kindest employees and they are a true pleasure to interact with. Luda! Nataliya! and another gal who services the window.
