My childcare providers car battery died while she was caring for my child today. She was able to get the car jumped and drove straight to Autozone for replacement per my urging. She subsequently called me to tell me the employee who helped her at the counter responded with attitude, well I guess we could help you but I have to read instructions and dont want to damage your car. He was exceedingly rude. This poor reception and horrible customer service left her feeling so uneasy she chose to leave and have her car towed alternatively.
This employee was so lazy he would rather sit on his phone than get up and help a stranded female motorist with a young child as its getting dark outside. We will NEVER bring our business back here. Your staff was an embarrassment today and he should personally be ashamed for his treatment of a young woman with a child.
