        We had a great experience, they are very knowledgeable and friendly. The first sit down was great. He explained everything in detail and measured our windows. Even gave us advice on three of our windows that had newer blinds and helped us make a decision on leaving them alone. Whole process took about an hour and a half. Within a week and a a half they were built and installed. The new blinds really transformed our home. We are very happy with our experience and will be ordering through them for our next home.

        The salesmanship of Accent Window Covering is excellent. They are very honest and are great with their attention to their product and designs. The salesman and installer made more than one visit to my home to make sure the measurements were accurate. The installation to my window coverings were completed in a timely manner and the installer was very precise with how the installation was completed. This is my 4th window blinds and shutter installation with Accent Window Covering and I highly recommend their services. My overall experience with this company is excellent with an above average rating.

        We needed some repairs on our Century blinds but the repair facility that we used to go to had closed down. After a brief search, we came across Accent Window Coverings. Jim was very patient and pleasant to work with and gave us pricing over the phone. He referred us to Frankie, who is very experienced in repairs. Frankie came to our home and gave us a lesson as he fixed our blinds, so that we could attempt another minor fix ourselves. He fixed two blinds for us (replaced "ladder" strings). Jim and Frankie were great to work with and we are glad to find a reliable blinds repair company.

      Thank you Kyle for your review, pictures and business too. My installer and I had a great time with you guys. Its crazy how small this world can be sometimes. We always do our best to be friendly and knowledgeable after 30 years in business. Your existing 3 blinds to the front of the house were still in good condition and IMHO you should be able to get at least another 3-5 years out of them. Our new streamline valance really gave them a new look too. Maybe down the road we can discuss about putting in new shutters. I'm glad the blinds transformed your home and you had a great experience with us overall. Thank you for being an ideal customer to work with!
