The service is amazing. My neighbor got Milgard windows and had to wait for 6 months just for somebody to come out and take a look and they still haven't got their problems fixed. I had a small issue and they were out in 2 weeks to handle it it was awesome. They have lifetime warranty and the ultimate energy efficient glass package. Highly rec

Purchased my windows directly from them and paid to have it delivered. They delivered after many delays and were short of my 3 screen doors saying they would be delivered the next day. After going back and forth with them for months, they flat out told me they were not going to deliver those screens and I would have to pick them up. I told them I had paid in full for the order to be delivered, they told me over the phone they would re-emburse me $75 for the inconvenience. I had to take half day and drive 1.5 hours each direction to get my screens on my truck. Over a year later, I finally have my screens. After all of this, they refused to refund me what they had promised stating that I didn't have it in writing. I won't die over $75, but I wouldn't deal with a dishonest and petty company again
