Fast and efficient. Good communication. Pricing was easy to understand. Delivered on time and the driver was professional and very courteous. Truck arrived in same condition it left. I did not shop around for better pricing and was in a hurry but Forever West Transport did everything they said they would with no drama and no surprises. Christi was very nice on the phone. Will use them again unless my wife kills me for buying yet another used car on ebay!...

Th transport itself was great. Allison was very helpful. The rules of when the time for pickup started were not clear, and I ended up getting my car a week later than expected. Christi was a little short with me when I was asking questions about how it all worked, and didn't provide any possible solutions. At one point I was afraid I would lose my deal because it was taking so long and poor communication. In the end it all worked out. I have my car, and now I'm happy.

Positive. After they got us scheduled with the pickup, things happened very fast. The pickup was quick, and the driver gave me plenty of heads-up for the delivery. Great communication on his part. I would certainly use them again. GREAT SERVICE!
