Very friendly team! We had a great experience with Black Diamond Valet Services at our event last weekend. We had 300 guests and Jose and his team were professional and proactive! I would recommend their services for any event!

We had hired black diamond for our event and 15 minutes before our event they texted us saying 3 of the attendants have covid. They left us hanging and had no replacements . How can they figure that all out 15 minutes before . We rushed to find parking for our guests and missed half the party . So disappointed . Unprofessional. Good luck relying on them for your event.

Absolutely professional and provided excellent service. Very happy with this company and the communication is really great. Paying the balance was easy too as they did mobile payment vs check/cash. Will definitely use them again for future events. Thank you.
