Foxtail Turf

It's been over a month since Foxtail came in to do the yard at my dog training facility. Initially I was very impressed, Rio was amazing to work with, professional, happy to accommodate and gave his ideas on how to make my yard amazing for the dogs in my care. They rushed and even pulled an all nighter to get my yard usable by my deadline but that is when everything changed. The work wasn't completed, usable, but not complete. There are seams that have not been secured to the ground, making it a serious tripping hazard for both the dogs and my employees. It took 2 weeks to get them to come back and remove dumpsters from my property. The red rock that came highly recommended for the dogs and highly priced leaves all my dogs red which is now costing me money as clients are refusing to bring them back. Every time I talk to the project manager or the owner of the company I am promised everything will be taken care of. These promises are never met in the time frame they give me. I've been more than patient with them as I understand that this is a busy time for them but this job cost me $35,000 and I just want it finished and to look like a $35,000 job done by professionals.

I canceled my order and ask for my deposit back of 370.00 they said ok,, now they don't even ans.there phone it's must be a scam Rio said he would don't do any business with them scam scam
