I sent my daughter off of a referral from multiple friends. She was struggling with her running speed. She has been with him for a little over a year and has made more progress than when she was enrolled in a sports school that specialized in speed and agility.

Adam is the best. Train with the best, be the best. He somehow can work with different age groups at one time ensuring every single kid gets the appropriate type of rep and they are quality reps and more importantly safe reps. Making sure he is teaching the kids so they know how to utilize what they learn in the gym outside in the real world. He is able to keep their attention span and interestingly can read a kid like a book. Hes told my son plenty of times to stop being lazy. Dont get it wrong though, Adam isnt just one of those coaches that bark orders. He will jump in and tell the kids not to let an old man beat them. He truly is a trainer. He gives enough motivation but gives enough tough love to get the kids going. My kiddos will be back soon Adam! Keep doing what you do best!

The coaches here are amazing at their craft. Knowledgeable and motivated to help your fitness goals. On top of all that theyre flexible in scheduling, individual or group. They train athletes of all stripes, from football to pro MMA. The facility has ample equipment for a dedication functional fitness experience. My wife has been training with coach Choi for 4 years, and my son and I with coach Pea for 2 years; never a bad experience. You cant miss here.
