        For some reason the clerk decided to tack on a, "Jesus Christ loves you." At the end of our interaction and he definitely did not do that to other customers. I imagine it was because he made a judgement call based on our appearance/apparel and decided we were in need of a reminder? Really bizarre and uncomfortable interaction.

        After working at this store, the associates are wonderful, it's the store owner that is the issue and unfortunately this comment came from most of my customers. I was someone that covered for others being sick, working from 7:45 am till closing, 6pm, where I would only get one 30 min break because there wasn't enough staff. I would get complimented all the time for my hard work, effectiveness, and efficiency even with my customers stating this straight to the owner only for her just to say, 'ok'. Also in my time working here, because I was alone working by myself in the morning, I would get harassed by certain customers. I've been kissed on the neck by a customer and after telling this to the owner and the manager, no serious action was taken. Then another incident happened where another customer kissed me on my head, again it was brought up to the owner and again no serious action was taken. I would be by myself in the morning from 7:45 am till whenever my coverage came in at 9:30 or 10am, and I would feel SUPER uncomfortable with some customers that would comment on how pretty I was and 'should wear make up to make my eyes pop.' This comment made me feel so uncomfortable it made me want to quit. This incident happened just with in this last week of my employment with the UPS store, the first week of August. Other comments from my customers about this store,' Im going to the alessandro store because they are customer friendly.' 'Your manager has an attitude problem.' 'Your store owner doesn't know what she is doing.' The most common one I got from my regulars were, 'if you are no longer working here, I won't come back.' I take pride in providing excellent customer service, and it pains me to have to quit this ups store all because of the legality of how the store is ran.

      Hi Lupe. I am sorry about that. He is into Jesus Christ, however I will tell him that he should stop doing that. He just randomly will say Jesus Christ loves you, not based on appearance/apparel. I am sorry he made you feel uncomfortable. We hope to see you again at the store and he will not say Jesus Christ loves you.

      Hello, This was written by disgruntle ex employee who quit because she was not happy with the hours she was getting. She complianed about her ex coworkers all the time that they did not want to work with her anymore. So we had to cut her hours. She is also a liar. Owner hardly work in the store. Customers do not behave like she said. All my customers are well behaved. She never complained about customer kissing her because it was not true. Store has cameras all over the store. We assigned her to open the store in morning because nobody wanted to work with her. She behaved like a manager, she even told some customers she was a manager. We do not assign anybody to work from opening to closing because we have enough people .
