    This is the second time Ive had the issue of my notary appointment being cancelled because the notary wasnt scheduled for the time of my appointment. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they are not guaranteed to be there? Complete waste of time and unreliable. Especially when they notify you 30 mins before the appointment that its cancelled.

    Absolutely the worst experience the ups store. Its totally gone down the drain. The staff is completely unorganized. Ive rented a box with this location for a couple years now. Ive called to ask if mail was inside my box, only to confirm that it was. Upon my arrival, I was handed mail that was mine and someone elses. Brittany was very helpful that day in trying to figure out what the mix up was. I was promised a call back on Monday and was reassured that my box would remain under my name, and apologized for the confusion. I received a phone call from Audrey (Thursday) where she begins to tell me that my box had been rented out to another client. As of February Although my box was placed on automatic payments. Audrey claimed they couldnt pull a payment, and attempted to get in contact with me. She claimed they tried to reach me via email. (I literally have none) and phone calls, again no record. Needless to say although they couldnt collect a payment from my account, my mail continued to get delivered to my box FOR MONTHS and I continued to pick up my mail. Dont you think at some point they would stop adding my mail to the box, or even Attempt to tell me about this non payment as Ive come into the store for the past several months to collect my mail.!?? All in all to resolve this problem since Ive had this box number for years, I ask Aubrey to change the new tenants box to another, and leave my box as is, anything thing that wasn't paid in the past, Ill pay. She tells me she cant, and it would be unjustified to the person who started renting the box in FEBRUARY!! Im currently waiting for Perris to return my call with some sort of solution. All in all this location is a mess.
