    Very rude and poor customer service. Online it states that the store closes at 7pm, I walk in at 6:02 and there are several customers in the store, one of the workers tells me that they are already closed. When I asked what he said he again rudely says were closed and they will not serve me. Fix your process, dont let me in the door if you are closed and update your online profile if you close at a different time than advertised.

    The team at this ups store has been extremely helpful. In the past year there has been changes in staffing. I cant believe they are now charging $4.50 fee + printing to print something out by sending an email to them. Fedex in same parking lot doesnt charge for it. 4 year customer with a mailbox there. I wish I got paid $4.50 an email to check it

    Waited for a package to be delivered from Santa Inez winery. It was received at this location but I was never contacted and when I went to location to inquire they had no record. Upon supplying them with delivery date and name of person who signed for it, they located it. BUT now they want to charge me $10 to pick it up. They claim it was not UPS delivery, just a drop off location. Sender has verified it was a UPS delivery. Staff was rude, not aware of what was protocol , and one employee hung up on me! Do better, UPS!!!

Hello Elizabeth, we apologize for the confusion and that the sender did not properly set up your package delivery. UPS stores have package holding fees for any package(s) using our address to deliver to a UPS store for a non mailbox holder unless the package was processed under the Shop Assist/My Choice Access Point Program. If your package was part of the Shop Assist/My Choice Access Point Program upon us scanning the tracking it would have generated a label with information and indicated a “No charge”. Unfortunately your package did not process in this manner and there is a fee for storing and holding your package. We hope you understand. If you would like information on how Shop Assist/Access Point works and you would like an account, you would need to contact 1800-PICK-UPS and they can assist you with setting up an account.
