        1. Not a safe location and built of the building especially if there is earthquake or fire 2. Only been there for 2 months then they raised up the rent then after 6 months again and again after wards within just a year 3 increases of rent 3. From cubesmart it became extra space storage different management 4. To open and to get out of the premises of the gate you have to get out of your car to put code in which is not good especially during night time for safety reasons it is not a drive thru put your code in..

        Sheila was excellent managing my account and solving a problem with my online account that noone else i spoke to before cared or even tried helping me with. I had to deal with this problem for over a year, and it was very stressful. Sheila as an assistant manager had a friendly manner, and a willingness to help. She listened to me and what I needed, and found a solution in less than 10minutes!! I couldn't be more happy with her attention to my situation and the solution she provided. She is a star....I'd give her more than 5 stars if that was possible:) BIG THANKS, SHEILA. HAVE A HAPPY LIFE.
