    Not going to get my business again, too many mistakes and one I absolutely cannot overlook is quality of their work. This hoodie didnt last a season of baseball. Not even a second wash.

    Aware! Horrible customer service made me flags for my business. They charged me almost $50 to make it more crisp but when I went to pick up there was a bump in between my lettering which my business logo doesnt have. color I asked for was 15% there they went ahead and printed color scheme to their liking not considering me the customer who paid to have this product made. Gentleman who works there started screaming at me stay away from this place very hostile environment.

    Please don't make the mistake I did and pay before the order is finished.Here is my experience with My Printing Center:I was looking for a new printer for a series of projects. Sara was quick (at first) to reply to my emails, answer my questions, and meet my needs. Eventually we negotiated a price for a bundle of projects. Unfortunately things went downhill from there.I submitted the project in February. It was a big project so I was patient when it wasn't done in March. I was irritated but still patient when it wasn't done in April. In May it frustrating. In June I was appalled. All along they were telling "it'd be done that day or this day or the next day. I had to make 5 trips to their office."Because Sara was so kind and understanding and gracious at the beginning, I trusted her and paid for the project in full. Well that was a mistake because by June, there was still one project outstanding and she just decided she wasn't going to print it and that I would have to pay again to get the last project.We had negotiated a bundle for several projects. The last project was always in the bundle, but her print staff forgot and didn't print it. When I tried to resolve this, she would go dark, ignoring 5-10 emails at a time. I'd call, I'd email, I'd leave messages with the receptionist. Nothing. Eventually, in OCTOBER she got back to me again telling me she wasn't going to finish the project unless I double-paid. In her mind, since her production guy didn't do the project, that means they get to just treat it like a new order and charge again. It was really insane. Yet, she was fully comfortable with the fact that her company had dragged a 3 week project in February out to OCTOBER and she still had no concern about dragging he feet to reply to messages. On top of this, she has refused to give me a receipt for my order that I spent thousands on (probably because it would be an admission of guilt). I've asked for a receipt 5 different times.It's NOVEMBER now and I've given up on Sara and her company. I gave two stars because they produced decent work on all the other projects (though there were a handful of avoidable errors). But if you go into business with them, DO NOT PAY AHEAD OF TIME. Know that they feel no qualms about stringing you along for 9 months. Know that they will ghost you for weeks at a time. Know that they have no issue doing all of these things.
